Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled before the order ships. We will not cancel orders that have been shipped, they will need to be returned. Please contact us within 24 hours for cancellation as most orders ship within 48 hours.

Returns & Exchanges
Crystals by Jeanie offers a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee for our crystals and gems. You can return any order within our return window for a full refund or exchange. All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Return Window
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery of your package if you have an issue. Please include the order number in your message so we can address any concerns.
Once you receive return authorization, the items must be shipped back to us within 10 days from the delivery date of your order. We strongly urge you to purchase tracking for your return package and you can quickly print labels with USPS on their website and drop off the return package at any USPS tackle, any USPS location, or hand it off to your mail carrier.

How To Return An Item
When you return an item or an order everything must be in the original packaging (or comparable); which means the bubble wrap, box, and any other packing materials used to protect your gems. It must be returned in the same box or bubble mailer (or comparable) your order arrived in, and you must include a copy of the original invoice.

The returned order must be received in the same condition you received it in. If the returned order arrives broken due to careless re-packaging, or if you return an order without receiving the proper acknowledgement from us, your order will not be eligible for return credit.

Once We Receive Your Returned Item
We collect and process returns on Fridays of every week. Any exchanges or refunds are handled on Friday when the return is processed.

Exchanges
If you have requested an exchange, the exchanged item will ship with tracking Friday when your return is processed.

Refunds
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase. We refund the total of the items purchased, shipping is not refunded as shipping fees are paid to the courier.

Shipping & Processing
Order Processing
Our goal is to ship all website orders on the following business day, although we do not and cannot guarantee it. Please note that we observe holidays and weekends as non-business days.

There will be occasional instances where shipments cannot be made on the next business day due to unforeseeable circumstances. Some examples include:

Inclement weather (Usually Snow between November and March).

Holiday Demand. We typically ship on weekends between Black Friday through Christmas to help get your orders to you in time for the holidays!

Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on your location and the shipping options you choose.

Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping rates are based on (1) the shipping provider, (2) package weight, (3) package dimensions and (4) your location.

If you think your shipping costs are incorrect based on the item(s) you are ordering, please contact us with a list of items or photo of the items in your cart and we can check if there are any issues.

All shipments are made to the address that you provide at checkout. To ensure that your package gets to you as quickly as possible, please make sure the shipping address is correct and up to date.

If you submit an incorrect address, please let us know as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we can change the delivery address for you. We are unable to change your address once your package has shipped.

If a package is delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by a customer, we cannot issue a refund.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can issue a refund for the cost of the items only (less shipping) or reship the package if you pay for us to reship it.

USPS only carries $50 dollars insurance on the shipped box of items, we can add additional insurance only upon request.

Any items that are damaged/lost by USPS during the shipping process need to be reported by you to the USPS claims department (via online) to receive up to a $50 refund for the damaged goods.

International Shipping
We are Shipping in the USA, Canada, Australia, The United Kingdom and we ship via USPS and Flat Rate Priority mail.

Additional Insurance
Additional insurance can be purchased and is very reasonable.
Please contact us before we ship to give you a quote. Insurance covers damage caused by the shipping company in transit. It does not cover if you are robbed and/or the package is stolen, after being left by shipping company.
