White sage is used to cleanse negative energy from your sacred space or home.  Cinnamon is known to help bring abundance.  Some people sprinkle cinnamon in their doorway on the first of every month for this, as well. Palo santo is also used to cleanse also.  This kit is great and just what you need for cleansing.  You will receive 1 sage with cinnamon and 3 palo santo sticks.  Be sure to make sure it is extinguished and do not leave it unattended while burning.
