Great bowl for your solar plexus.  Most traditions bowls are thinner and play by your striking the bowl and running the striker around the bowl.  Thes are unique and play by your simply striking them around the bowl, they ring for quite a while when you strike them several times. In the video I demostrate this and use my hand to stop the bowl from singing.  This is very cool and allows you to focus on healing rather then playing the bowl.
You will receive the bowl and your striker. I do recommend using a ring around the bottom to secure the bowl from moving around.
